Often I wake up with sleepy eyes and a limp body ? Though you have to be prepared to work or take care of children and a husband in the morning . In order for the body directly and not limp so excited to get up early , there are six steps that you should do , as quoted from Cosmopolitan USA .

1 . Drinking Water
Start your day by drinking a glass of room temperature water ( not too hot or cold ) . Then drink water again until breakfast time . Besides merehidrasi body , water also helps rid the body of toxins . For maximum effect , you can add a little juice or lemon slices . Lemon contains electrolytes that are like electricity , refreshing tonic for the liver and the body .
